THE NEED
A major focus in South Africa currently is investment in projects aimed to poverty eradication and small business development.

Small enterprises still experience the following gaps:

  • No way of diagnosing where a their businesses in terms of it’s business readiness.
  • No way of mapping a path of intervention, interactions and training to enable a specific business to evolve at an appropriate speed.
  • Fledgling or start up craft business doesn’t have access to a business development programme that addresses their unique needs.

THE PROJECT
In order to enable craft businesses to effectively develop their product, market and organisation to a point where they are self sustainable and flexible enough to change in light of ever changing market demands, we have established an enterprise development platform that supports every development step through:
