THE NEED
Retailers the world over rely on happy customers for their revenue. Staff are the front lines of interaction with these customers and are an integral part of supporting customers, their needs and ultimately the provision of service that brings customers back.
Many retail organizations face high levels of floor staff turnover and are constantly having t invest in training to keep all staff members at a certain level of customer care skill.
However, very few training systems enable staff to interact with customers in a simulation, enabling tem t explore tricky situations in the safety of training room.
THE PROJECT
The objective of Engage was to create a training platform for all retailers staff members, improving their abilities to interact effectively with customers, deal with tricky situations in an appropriate way and ultimately deliver excellent service, bringing customers back.
Engage also enables retailers to customize sections of the training to make it all the more relevant to their customers based on their products, services and staff elements.
The project is complete & ready to launch.
