Engage - Sales Training

THE NEED
Sales is a discipline and an art. Often sales staff are placed in the role without any training and learn through experience. Without appropriate training, success rates can be significantly reduced and as such the organization performance is impacted.

Sales training needs to provide both the tools and ‘Infront of customer’ experience within the context of the organizations products or services.

This can only be achieved inside suitable simulated training sessions; something Engage achieves. Simulations maximize the effective learning of participants.

THE PROJECT
The objective was to develop training for all sales staff, customized to the products and/or services they are selling as well as proving significant experiential training in front of simulated customers.

Engage takes sales people to a new level where they are confident with their product/service knowledge, their sales abilities and with interacting effectively and efficiently with their customer, driving up sales and the success of the organizations they work for.
