THE NEED
The tourism sector in South Africa is developing into a significant contriutor towards employment and GDP contributions.
Many tourist service providers however do not have access to sector specific tourism customer care traingn, where focus is given to impoving their skills at interacting effectively and becoming good ambassordors no matter who they are.
Crafters, community tourism organisationd, fledgling tour enterprises, accommodation providers and a wide range of associated individuals and organizations need to benefit from a focused sector specific training platform.
THE PROJECT
In partnership with South African Airways and Isithumba Adventure Tourism, Just Think developed a powerful simulation based training solution.
Wings of Welcome provides simulation based training for any and all tourism service providers to improve their abilities to interact with tourist s and ultimately improve their ability to attract and retain customers in this sector.
